We begin by honouring the endings of 2025 by naming what’s complete and releasing what no longer needs to be carried.
You’ll be guided through a grounding meditation to soften the past, a gentle visualization to awaken what’s possible in 2026, and reflective journaling that helps your guiding word rise to the surface.
This opening session feels like clearing the soil, breathing deeper, and finally seeing the shape of what wants to lead you into the new year.
We’ll close by beginning to give your intention form. A simple, intuitive introduction to weaving your vision into imagery.

Once your word begins to emerge, we journey into the inner landscape of your life. The five dimensions that shape your world: Flow of Energy, Nourishment, Connection, Safety, and Purpose.
Through a guided meditation, creative reflection, and spacious journaling, you’ll explore how your word expresses itself in each dimension. Where it thrives, where it’s tender, and where it wants attention.
Sharing in community allows your intention to be witnessed, strengthened, and claimed.
This session feels like stepping into your inner garden. Tending to what’s alive, listening for what wants to grow, and rooting your vision in the real.

Our final gathering brings your intention into your body, your days, and your future self.
We explore the difference between habit and ritual, discipline and devotion, and what it means to resource yourself as you rise.
You’ll be guided through a future-self visualization, anchored by a symbolic object you choose. A physical reminder of the self you’re becoming.
We’ll explore what your word looks like in motion, how it moves through your day, and how it can be tended like a seed throughout 2026.
This closing session feels like activation. Where intention becomes embodiment and vision becomes lived reality.
